When will I get my E-tickets?
You should receive these within minutes of your order being placed, please check your email’s “Junk” or “Spam” folders to make sure the email has not been mistakenly marked as “spam”.
My plans have changed – can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund ticket purchases (see our T & Cs)
However, If the event is a sell-out, we may be able to offer you a re-sale option to a customer currently on a waiting list.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the event organisers cancel the event completely (or postpone to a later date).
You can be totally assured of a full refund back to your original payment card.
Please note that STRIPE payment gateway may take up to 10 working days for you to see this refund in your bank.
